Sorry about the Jeep, I know it was your first and you put in a lot of hard work into it. Glad you are ok, that is what matters most. Like everyone said, you can replace a Jeep.

Congrats. Nice looking Jeep. Just in time to join jeepclub for the annual go topless day. Check out their website. Enjoy the Jeep!
The M40i is a no brainer. It is a great piece of machinery. It can be used as a daily or you can throw it around corners. I preferred it versus the glc, the glc seemed too eager all the time. The...
Really a great suv. My father has had one since new. He bought it in 2009 and still has it. Has about 170000km. We had some issues with the alternator, what a massive job that it. Also the glow plug...
Will be good to see your review. Wonder how much it will cost. Interesting about the I6 turbo, if it is as strong at the older 4.0 I6, no brainer to go for that engine.
Good luck
Honestly the new Grand seems to be doing really well. Those 3.6 motors has proven itself to be reliable. Go with the Jeep. You won’t be disappointed
Have you checked this out?

If the Jeep is around the same price it’s a no brainer. Hopefully they can come out with a diesel Wl, now that would be the best option.
I agree. Plus with the diesel you can go to Mercedes for parts. Just got to know where to go and get them.
Only issue is petrol prices. Other than that, it’s a no brainer

Check this one out
Very nice. Maybe swop them out for some all terrains? It looks good
This is a good buy. If you can spend a little more.

I prefer the commander on road compared to the grand Cherokee (wk). At one stage I had a hemi wk and my father had a crd commander. The commander is slightly wider and feels slightly more stable on...
At this stage of your life, it may not be the right time to own a Jeep. Get a normal car. Have fun, enjoy life. After your graduate and start earning, you can get a Jeep again. Uni only happens once,...
A commander is a great option. As long as you take care of it, like any car. There is a few Jeep gurus out there that know how to take care of the Jeep. Have one in the family since 2009, still going...
A rubicon on 37s should make it up, maybe even on 35s
If you know how to engage an LSD, it works well. With my xj i it needed constant throttle, I put a piece of wood on the side so my foot would not jump. This helped a lot to engage the LSD. With my...
Talk to Hein from Jeep freaks for some radio options. There is some units that fit nicely. Try and get one with apple car play or Android auto
Look at a 2005-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee or commander. If this is going to be your daily driver, then it’s a no brainer. Super comfortable, the diesels have merc engines, so just take care of them. I...
It is left hand drive? Hence the price
How about something like this? Price seems right and so does the kilometers. I don’t know much about them. They seem to be reliable.
...
Yes 2005-2010 wk and xks. Should have clarified
If you want to under your budget, get a Jeep. Try and find a clean, Low kilometer Grand Cherokee or Commander. Cheap, reliable, comfortable and really potent off road. The diesel is a Mercedes motor,...
Try and use Facebook marketplace or gumtree to find vehicles. It would possibly be cheaper and you can talk to the owner about how the vehicle has treated them and how they have maintained it etc
Had a bit of fun with it as wellhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210914/0304f331df81e4998c64e8bbc303d5af.jpg
The mods happened and sold it when I moved. Luckily made a profit. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210914/632584cb8f69f8b45910fa8b1c77536e.jpg
Did you manage to find a wj? I was very, and I mean very lucky with my wj. I just popped by WBC, there was an auction starting. Saw the wj, they had to jump it and decided if it goes for a good price...
I can help. Send me a pm with some info
I have had no issues purchasing my Jeep at WBC. Just be weary that some of them have seen better days.
Wrangler prices have sky rocketed in the US as well, super expensive here.
Maybe get a wj?

Saw one for sale about 2-3 years ago. That’s it. Why don’t you want the 4.0?
In the US a lot of people put a jl grill on the jk
