    Spares - Definitely!

    We were OK but others were not.
    Kept pressure high but more importantly drove slowly.
    60kmh max.

    Evidently a lot depends on when the roads...

    I hear the construction of the new campsites near Craig Lockhart may go ahead next year.
    SANP has already completed one with another nine likely.

    These camp sites are similar to the Premium sites...

    It was interesting to see a Botswana group camping at Polentswa during lockdown and caused some envy among South Africans.
    They were of course entitled to do so having arrived from the Botswana side...

    Yesterday we were told to wait 30 minutes after making a booking and if no confirmation had been received to click on a supplied web link. We did this and then received the PDF's .

    The wind usually howls in that area 30 - 64kmh so be prepared just in case!
    You may be lucky of course. Weather can also be rather chilly. I would pack warm clothes.
