    Sadly Mostert's Mill has burnt down -built 1796
    -residential areas nearby being evacuated now, several houses burnt

    I did also braai the bone seperately once deboned -the marrow is delicious:p, and it might even be worth a try to incorporate it in the final baste next time.

    Debone leg and slit thicker thigh to fold open -ensure approximately even thickness.

    Make up generous marinade of olive oil, pepper, origanum, thyme,...

    SikaFlex FC11 is perfect.8-)
    (The other may be as good??? at slightly cheaper -I have not used it. Pay R150 for FC11 in non-Builder's shop here -Buco are at R150 also at the moment -I think)

    You will be fine - if you keep your tyre pressures correct for the terrain.
