    As per the installer, the geyserwise can take a max of 1 amp so if I use the 15W and it blows something it will not be covered by warranty...

    T6 2.2 Operating temp

    I drove from JHB to KNP this morning and noticed that the coolant temp sat between 60-80C. This seems rather low for a diesel engine.

    What is the normal operating temp for the 2.2?

    Swap 15W panel for a 10W

    I have a 15W panel to swap for a 10W panel. My new geyserwise controller can use a max 10W
    panel. The old version was happy with 15W.

    Anybody interested?

    Im in JHB area.

    One can buy the vdo pump only, and then fit into the existing housing. The pump costs in the region of R2500, so it's much easier and more cost effective to replace than do what you're planning to...

    If you have a Nanocom, go into BCU and look for air conditioning present, yes/no. Change to no.. I don't know the exact phrase/ description used but it is there.

    That will remove the "noise"...
