    Did you fit it with rubber mounts?

    I used the rubber mounts that is also used to secure the air filter housing.

    It will last longer if it's close to the tank.
    I did it according to the manufacturer's instructions.

    Mounted vertically at a 45 degree angle, close to the tank.

    The solid state one I'm running is 100Psi which is about 7Bar.

    10 bar is not necessary but 5 is cutting it close.

    I had a pulley that needed attention, as luck would have it I bought 3 bearings.

    First I replaced the one I thought was making the noise. The A/C tensioner. The bearing was dry.

    Use a paint marker and draw a line from the nut/bolt onto the rim.
    Check regularly.
    If it moves you will see it.

    Adjust the brakes until they are solid/fixed/binding, then you can bleed and you have removed one less thing that can move under compressed air.

    7.60R16 is the original size, 235/85R16 is the closest widely available size.

    It's very close and you will have a greater variety to choose from.
