    Re: Please critique this setup.

    I'm no pro at this but would lose the Anderson's between the battery to charger, and charger to aux battery.
    Rather replace those with decent fuses (100amp) close to each of the batteries.

    Then...

    4x4 Mega World Bryanston have always gone out of their way for me, their wiring is top class and their rates are affordable - give them a shout.

    Re: 2010 Prado VX - Camera Help

    Thanks Swakop, really helpful!

    My right camera only activates in the Terrain Modes, eg MOGUL.

    So my system is operating like yours which I assume is normal.

    Re: Camping Shower and Pump

    Hi Bruce,

    A lot more basic than what you're proposing, but we use the following:

    Hi Kevonius,

    A colleague has recently purchased the 2.0 Wildtrak 4x4 - magnificent interior and tech but I am still not convinced about these engines - as you say, the 3.2 is tried and tested.

  17. Re: Discovery 2 V8 vs. TD5: The fuel consumption issue..

    @biltong

    I track every fuel up with Fuelio, not a drop has gone in without record.

    Over the last 3,000 odd kms we've gotten 12.24 l/100kms - I'd say an almost even mix of town / open road.

    Agree with what Jelo said...

    I went through the Puma process recently, at 6 foot 2 and fairly broad shoulders, I could not fit and had to have window open for my elbow to rest somewhere.
