    A work mate has just bought a 2nd hand 2018 Izuzu 300 d-tech 4x4 auto and says he gets 10km/l.

    No a mechanic, but when you drain an engine by removing the sump plug, there is still oil left in the sump due to the height of the female thread inside the sump cover into which the sump plug screws...

    Very, very wise to get a that unit. We have had farmers bitching when a fault occurs on the HV line and we lose a phase and they lose a motor. Most have moved to a similar set up.
