    The third pipe runs just from one part of the steering box to another part of the steering box.

    Only two pipes between steering box and pump.

    No you place it below the water level, about half way.

    When I lost water due to a chaffed pipe, it safed my engine.
    I only lost about 2.5 litres.

    You have 2 options.
    Either the expansion tank with the screws or the black plastic pipe inserted on the top hose.

    I preferred the screws as I didn't want to cut the water pipe.

    Ja, you drill very small holes.

    The self tapping screws are a little bit bigger than the drilled holes.

    Mine has been fitted with it for almost 10 years.

    If it's that simple, go for it.

    That Locktite is more for retaining stuff like bearings and gears but it might work.

    It might also need heat to loosen.

    Adjust the setting screws on the drums till the drums are locked.

    Now do the bleeding.
    Afterwards readjust the setting screws so that they work normally.

    Rust converter wil only be effective if it is applied on a very thin uniform layer of rust.
