    Defender Re: Landy wave

Guess it makes sense to let any oncoming Defender driver know that “you’re all good” and not hearing any suspicious rattles or clunks from the engine or drive train. And if you are, like a good...

    Defender Re: Landy wave

Try waving from a Discovery, you just get blank stares hahaha. Itís a bit stupid to be honest. The wave is for the Bush not the city.

LROC was given a time slot for the members, only 50 members but it's going to be an awesome event.

    Re: Conqueror Fan Club

Thanks will give it a go, although I tried pretty much everything. Eventually the solution was switching the hot water tap on a few times until it worked. It looks like a different unit to the one...

    Re: Conqueror Fan Club

We took ours to the bush this weekend and what a pleasure! Just one question we have the geyser installed and it doesn't seem to work well, it only lights after the 5 or 6th try, I played with the...

Re: Groenkloof Definately NOT a 1-2 Gradient.

Agree with most comments. But would add they in the wet season some obstacles are 3-4. The rocky section up the mountain is at least a 3. 1-2 grade track is not accurate.

    Iíve driven it in driving...

Re: What have you done with your Discovery today?

They say the best car is a paid off one. Finally paid off the Discovery 4. 5 years and 245,000 on the clock, no real issues and still the best vehicle Iíve ever owned 😀. And the Freelander 2 (2013...

Re: Post a Photo of your Camping Setup

The fact that itís modular, is what works for us. We setup as we go based on what we need or how long weíre staying. I was considering getting a Conqueror Compact but the setup looks tedious.

Re: FL2 - Engine fan apparently needs replacement

Just happened on my wife's FL2, local indy (east rand) quoted R7000 for the coolant control module (ex. labour). Seems steep. Going to open it up (if possible) this evening and see what happened to...

    Re: Is this it?

I hate to say it but like most LR models these days it looks like it was built for the mall of Africa not the wilderness of Africa.

That said Iíd buy one (if I could afford it), would make a nice...
