    I have seen a bit of movement between them. Especially if the load bin is loaded quite heavily.

    Gap wouldn't have to be massive, but would rather air on the side of caution. If it wasn't lock down...

    Really not worth taking the risk of damaging the electronics, just to save 5 min of disconnecting the battery.

    Mine does it too, it's the Cat one up to temp or disappears. Takes quite a while to get a Cat to proper working temp. Nothing to worry about.

    By the sounds of it you're defender may have been remapped or chipped, this will be the most likely cause of the excess smoke.

    Would have to look a bit closer to see. It shouldn't do any harm...

    I got mine from madman themselves, when you could still buy direct from them.

    Cleaned out the sunroof drain tubes, some really nasty stuff came out. Mine was blocked so badly that I have to remove the drain tube from the sunroof so that I could get in with some compressed air...

    Wife has mine down in Nelspruit, while down there, she got the infamous water in the footwell.
