    that's the same one I bought a kit for. Drill rivets out and open it, to replace gear and selector. New screws come with in the kit.

    Lower speed and 1.6bar is spot on for bad gravel roads.

    we stayed in Kakamas dec 2019, and did a day trip to augrabies and riemvasmaak hot spring on 2 different days.
    I would not recommend were we stayed. However I would recommend Khamkirri as a stay....

    I would say it does make life easier to be able to use side entry doors. The sliding windows are nice for dogs in the back, but not for much more than that.

    I have the 2.5 Diesel.
    50mm lift might be excessive. You probably would need to extend brake lines etc. These are big bakkies as they are, so getting in and out would also become more difficult...
