    The fuse is there to protect the cable.
    If the current draw is more than what the cable can handle it will melt so you put the fuse there to protect the cable. On 16mm cable 50amp is a good number....

    Its an indication/warning that there is a blown globe or some other problem.

    Could also be the trailer having LED lights for which the Jeep thinks its a blown globe due to low wattage/low current...

    Fit the second battery charger cables in the car.
    Mount the dual battery in a box with plugs that can plug into the charge cables when needed.

    They have stacks and stacks of seats available. I paid R2000 for a set of TJ seats so not too expensive...

    If you use the same type of current sensor but the bigger amp rated one it will comunicate. But all values are scales in the software so you would need to change the code to read 0-200 amp...
