Re: 265/75/R16 on Pajero 3.2 DiD?

They won't rub on the bodywork, but they're a little wide for those rims. You can get Goodyear Wrangler 245/75R16's for good prices.

Re: Namibia's fairy circles mystery finally solved

Read the article and look at all the photos. It was observed over time that some dying, later dead euphorbias left fairy circles behind. Case closed.

Re: Namibia's fairy circles mystery finally solved

Thanks, it's what I thought all along. All the other theories are just too far-fetched for me to believe.

Re: Jhb to Satara - best route

Leave by 5:00 or earlier, then N12, N4 via Schoemanskloof to Malelane Gate or Crocodile Bridge (if open), then north to Satara in the Park all the way. We did it in September and it's perfectly...

Maak jy nou 'n blik wriemelende wurms oop! Extra cylinders does not always equate to more fuel being burnt. I'm happily embracing the future of electric vehicles and biofuel, and manufacturers all...
  9. Re: The 3 Provinces Unbeatable Trip with some Old Wheelers.

Thanks Richard! Owner Kobus and his son Jan helped me to take off that rattily sump guard. I'm going to take off some of that stupid plastic skirting that serves no purpose except to drag and shear...

With some imagination, you can see a Verreaux's eagle in the last pic. It was great, can't wait for some more videos!

Saturday's weather for 3 Provinces looks to be sunny and a pleasant 26C. See you all there!

    Re: 2011 Pajero sport 3.2

The Pajero Sport 3.2 never sported the common rail engine; it had the original Di-D until it was replaced by the 2.5 in 2013. The gearboxes aren't known for problems and if it has FSH and in in good...

  18. Re: Kid friendly travel options Gauteng? - rock pools / river / camp fires / game vie

Berakah is nice with beautiful nature/bush. Some of the streams are flowing nicely now. Not so much wildlife, though.

    Re: Juvenile boomslang?

I would rather say eastern green snake. They have yellow bellies and are harmless. If the belly is pale whitish, possibly green mamba or boomslang.

Re: Looking for 4x4 double cab

Seriously, not the Hardbody 2.4 petrol. The Hilux 2.5 D4-D is slow, but it will do the job. Why not a Triton 3.2? You have one yourself?

  28. Re: 2021 Babbelaas Beraka Beer, Braai Brekkie Bush Bash with Egg
