    Damn those are nice!
  2. Re: 2009 Touareg II 3.6 VR6 - Honest opinions - Should I or shouldn't I?

Yes, but I don't expect them to valet it either. I want to receive it 'as seen'. What I see is what I get, the seeing part includes the advertised price. Yes they can charge to the change of...

Re: Keeping cool in a tent - tips?

How much does a little old fashioned 12v fan like that draw? I assume Midas stock those?
  4. Re: 2009 Touareg II 3.6 VR6 - Honest opinions - Should I or shouldn't I?

Thought the 'on the road' fee thing was no longer permissible and had to be included in the sale price. Anyway, don't rush, the right one will emerge.

Looks amazing! Please keep updating the thread. Interesting how that early a vehicle already had an integrated bumper beneath the actual bumper.

  8. Re: Thoughts & Opinions on the new Conqueror UEV-25

Way too big and heavy. But that said, if you have the tow vehicle to match, (I cannot think of one that is readily available to legally tow that weight once full of water etc.), and this is what will...

Re: Rim off set compensated by spacer

Thank you for the drawing, I guess some of those points are just too close together. I have asked the engineering company also, see what they come back with.

Rim off set compensated by spacer

    similar yes. Touareg rims 17 7j 5 x 130 PCD 55mm off set need to go on Imagine Trailvan 15 6 x 140 PCD 0 off set.

Re: Rim off set compensated by spacer

Unfortunately it will be too close (no contact but only 30 mm to spare), the track of the trailer vs. the tow vehicle will then be very different.

Rim off set compensated by spacer

Similar has been asked on the forum, but not really answered from what I could find.

I wish to have the same wheels on the trailer as the tow vehicle. To do so I either need spacers or a new axle...
  14. Re: SA designed VTOL plane on the cards. Is it even possible?

Had a look at their investor presentation on the website. My take, from a technology perspective they are having to invent two entirely new concepts to make this work and heavily refine a third:

    Re: Treg Owners

I think to have the 'raw' ability to bypass everything is best. I.e. even if the valve block fails, this still works.

    Re: Treg Owners

ok got it, I really like the ideas.

    Some points to consider:

    - If the valve block partially goes and one strut is affected, you will need to implement your solution on all 4 corners as it will...
