    I know that there is a difference in diesel pump and I think camshaft timing between the two motors.
    Im not sure about the diesel pump settings, but I thing the turbo motor will deliver more diesel...

    That tensioner pulley on the aircon belt has a replaceable bearing. It is held in with a circlip.
    You should be able to get the bearing from your local spares shop or bearing place.

    We used ti do a round trip of 1500 to 1600 kms in a day for a good cup of coffee..

    You put a drop of oil on paper. If there is diesel in the oil it will make a clear ring around the oil.

    I'm no expert at doing it.
