  1. Re: Can a solar panel deliver over and above its rated output?

    Thanks.

I made those exact sums and the first made total sense.

The second however I was skeptical of as it felt too easy in getting to the exact same result.

    Somehow my little brain...
  2. Re: Can a solar panel deliver over and above its rated output?

Thanks. I would never have thought it possible, as the norm seems to be an expect 75% deliver on average.

I imagine that my readings would fall above ideal tested conditions then.
  3. Re: Can a solar panel deliver over and above its rated output?

Really, that much more than claimed on the panels?
  4. Can a solar panel deliver over and above its rated output?

I have seen a couple of mentions made where panels exceed their stated specks and my question mostly revolves around the camping style/size setups.
I have a 150W solar panel setup with a Steca PR...

    Re: Pajero Sport Thread

Can confirm. turning off the ASC on the Pajero Sport 2.5 does not have any effect on the throttle delay.

  7. Re: Which one of these two 200w systems would be a better buy?

I bought mine from ecoficiency. (150W) The dimensions were right for my purpose. I bought without a charge controller and it was subtracted from the purchase price. They supplied a 10m extention...

    Re: Pajero Sport Thread

Tend to agree. I'll do a test however this weekend but imagine the result on the 2.5 Sport will be negligible. Unless it overrides the ECU throttle delay as a whole, it should only sense and correct...

    Hi Leon.

EK dink dit hang grootliks af van wat jou verwagde eind resultaat is.

    Re: Pajero Sport Thread

Some of my research on the Pajero sport 2.5 auto points to the following.

The Pajero sport 2.5 auto has an electronic throttle delay which should not be confused with turbo lag. This makes for a...

    Thanks.

Would the assumption that I still need to put back 50A to get the 100AH battery back to a state of 80AH delivery capability at the extremes apply, or would the battery only accept a 30A...

    Battery capacity vs temperature.

    Battery capacity vs temperature.

So broadly speaking a 100AH lead acid battery discharged at 0.1C rate at 25°C should deliver 50A before reaching a 50% DOD.

    The battery capacity drops to...
