    Agreed! Therefore the 'sliders' in inverted comma's. :D



    With the bull/nudgebar in front, and tube bumper in the rear being chrome, I wouldn't really want to paint the 'sliders' black.

    Vehicle depending, it might be possible...

    My XJ for instance, has 2WD where the transfer box disconnects the front drive shaft... but the wheels still spin the axles and front prop when moving....

    One significant difference IMO is the solid axles and full time 4WD, with diff locks all round. Afaik Brandt is SFA and only option of rear diff lock.

    Agreed! I've always loved Beemer straight six petrol engines.... And now they're planning on strapping on TWO turbo's!!

    But, IF this ever comes our way, I feel the diesel will get the nod.
