    Techstream is almost the same as the Toyota OEM diagnostics and you can very accurately determine injector status. Toyota Technician let my standby while upgrading the map on the 76.

    I have yet to find a small capacity diesel that performs in sand and dunes. One of the areas where paper specs does not related to real world performance.

    If you buy a Patrol it need to be a 4.8 or TD4.2.

    Think the only options is 80/100 Series Cruiser or Patrol but not the 3.0l td.

    I will never recommend high speed traveling on a dirt road if you are not experienced in dirt road driving. Also depend how bad the road is and how well you know it. I have seen too many vehicles...

    That is the old 2016 6.2l F150 Raptor. The new 3.5 Ecoboost F150 Raptor does 6.0 sec 0 to 100.

    Maybe they should redo the test when the new 2.7 Ecoboost Ranger becomes available.

    It is an all cast iron engine they took awhile to warm up so no 1 is normal.

    No 2 sounds as wiring problem. Jelo might be right. I have also found that engines with bad earth straps tend to earth...

    These are actually double ball bearings. Ball bearings are not designed to carry loads. The became popular in light duty applications on light vehicles.

    It does have a pressure sensor. Equipped with a variable vane turbo and stepper actuator that relies on intake turbo pressure to regulate boost by setting the vane pitch

    Cracked pistons on diesel engines points to two things. First flaw in material, second driving the engine hard when cold from start up.

    The only successful bakkie with coils at the rear were the Defender the rest came and slowly faded into history.
    Strengthening the chassis at the weak point will only transmit forces to other weaker...
