    Re: Land Cruiser 300 - 3.3L V6 diesel

Maybe more so in SA, but check the Ausies, they buy a brand new 200, cut it in half, do a chassis extension, up the GVM, make it a super tourer and head for the extreme tracks. In SA Jo ave won't put...

    Re: Land Cruiser 300 - 3.3L V6 diesel

Compared to the 200 it now sports a front and real locker, 30mm more articulation, lower gearing as result of the 10-speed, mmmmm I think it will be damn great offroad.

  4. Re: What are your non negotiables when buying a 4x4?

Reliability for sure, I hate breakdowns
Safety, although I'm not a racerboy anymore, I tow a lot with family thus it is important for me
    Modibility - I haven't kept any of my 13 4x4's standard...

CKGR trip 27/6 to 3/7 up for grabs

    Hello Guys,

Covid last year saw us having to postpone the long-awaited GKGR trip to 2021. Now we cannot go anymore and I'd like to sell it on.

    Why not ;D

With the playpark at your doorstep you cannot but go play.

Jors, did you use rear difflock or not? I assume you did not use A-Trac as it does not work above 5Km/h.

Looks the business as well, well done!

I may be paranoid, but is contemplating removing the battery box and 90L NL if the bakkie is used without the need for these items....

Re: Bumper that handles PDC for FJ Cruiser?

  23. Poll: Re: a Dedicated trail vehicle - What one would you choose from these?

Agree wholeheartedly as I nearly flipped the TJ on a very steep incline.

The wheelbase of the FJ and perhaps as Grips mentioned the 76 tho is awesome.

A bakkie based monster again is too long...
  24. Poll: Re: a Dedicated trail vehicle - What one would you choose from these?

FJ was mentioned. The below if the R100M lotto pick my numbers then I’ll have SWAMBO’s FJ converted ;D
