They can! Nairobi is insane.
But not as insane as Panama City
Get hold of Grant ZS1GS. He manages [emoji4]
Jeez Richard, surely the jeep is not fast enough to do the trail in 15 minutes? >:D
Congrats!
Is that for VHF and UHF/LF versions?
Yep, it took a lot of effort to cut away the rubber, and even with a good sharp blade I was actually shaving brass rather than separating the rubber from the brass.
Just odd to hear that it is not...
Nope, I am still here!
Fortunately a mate of mine (the one with the alcohol tester) took it home with him.
Funnily enough, I haven't heard from him for a while ;D
According to this, with how we brewed it up in SW in the diensplig days, I should be dead!
We used to put the stuff through the still so often we got on average 3 bottles from a large zinc tub...
Sure I saw Offroad Addict turning right off Main road onto Military road on Saturday morning around 11-ish
How does the pricing compare?
Sorry, was at lightie's cricket match (they lost :( )
Have I spoken to you?
I am occasionally on 40M, but not too frequently :)
Interesting one, as I am often on the other side, i.e. the borrower. As the family has grown, the budget for upgrading tents has not necessarily kept up, so I have 2 friends from whom I occasionally...

Ordered already;D
seriously jacked up white wrangler, CA 9 something or other, community sticker on top left at the rear, over Ou Kaapse Weg this afternoon around 1620
I think I got one from Autostyle online. Rated for petrol, has a proper sender unit which can be tapped into the fuel rail and has separate ground and feed wires.
If that 3 Bar is the high end output, that might be the issue. Mine runs normally between 3 and 4 Bar based on the regulator, so Has a 5 Bar pump in it.
If it is a 3Bar pump trying to pressurise...
What Pressure are those pumps?
No idea locally, sorry. Might try one of the tuner shops?
That might just work for your application. Different vehicles seem to have had varying degrees of success doing that (all anecdotal though)
The damper is meant to reduce pulsing of fuel into the rail if I understand it correctly. On the other ind is the pressure regulator, from there fuel is returned to the tank.
If the surge tank is...
Is that 2 pumps inline, or is the rear one a filter?
I see nothing out of the ordinary in the map, I would strongly suggest checking that surge tank first. Another option, redneck style, is to take the output hose from the surge tank and put it into a...
can you physically verify the surge tank on cold start?
Mine has no problems on cold start (except that my idle control isn't working at the moment, but that is physical, not ECU)
You need to...
That is Lourens if I am not mistaken, can't remember his nick on here
saw Dfndr (Rowan ) at FHPS yesterday, looking quite clean shaven and presentable! !
You could have buried a Jimny in a few of those craters!!!!!!!!!!!
Ross Mackay, did I see you coming down Ou Kaapse weg Sunday afternoon/early evening?
I'll go put the other 2 wheels back on the lux :'(:'(:'(
When I had mine, I found the rear CitiGolf belts worked a treat in the front of the zook, as they mounted just higher than the floor (needed a little strengthening at the mounting though)
But rather than "Risky Business" it is "Rusty Business" :)
I finally met Ross and his FJ yesterday at a mutual friend in my hood!
Racer-X, whilst I share the sentiment, you might want to consider self moderation/editing of the post before the Cleaner comes along :D
Edited: OK, too late, you might want to delete this post too...
