To continue, some campsites that are listed and marked on an online map on T4A web site, are missing from the map in guide app. For example, Muchenje campsite is not marked on the app.

We did not drive from Mariental to Sesriem so I cannot give you advice about that part. However, from Mariental to Mata Mata (we went the other way around than you will) we drove to Stampriet first...

There is a lovely campsite Bastion farmyard just out (north) of Mariental, in my opinion one of the best campsites in Namibia, and if arriving from Mata-Mata it is about right place...
