    when was the Askham rain, we were there end of April and they had 30mm the day before we arrived. Is this after that or are you referring to that downpour?

    Sanparks has decided to charge more for the campsites with a view (on the fence) but it is still on a first come choice basis. In Tsendze you phone and can then reserve a specific camp site....

    Dale, thanks I will look at your proposed itinerary. The Kasane 5 nights are fixed (photography trip on river) but will plan around it.

    Visconeng, dit is met verskillende lense en converters geneem. Ek het Nikkor 600mm f4 en 70-200mm f2.8 net so of met 1.4X converter by gebruik. Die wye hoek skote met 24-70mm.

    Thanks for all the comments. Yes as per Stan's comments self drive is definitely on. The lodge does offer lunch for guests, we had a few during our stay.
