    as I said - my misunderstanding. We do that all the time, particularly for the bush... But the other poster, commenting that there is no reason to sous vide in small quantities, is missing out.

    maybe I misunderstood - but you cannot sous vide a steak in 20 minutes. Itís physically not possible. Maybe if it were the thickness of bacon... also - the comment was that there is no point to...

    there are significant benefits to it other than for mass catering events.

    I owned big V8 Chevy Tahoeís in the US. Huge vehicle. Take the D4 towing every day of the week. Hilux? Gimme a break.

    I towed my Companion all over Bots with my Disco 4 - 2012. Zero issues, excellent tow vehicle.

    we added two to the front which does help. Not sure why they would have added to rear. Rear is a small pain vice cranking them down. But front are worth having.

    I own a companion - which gets quite heavy when kitted up. I pulled that thru soft sand uphill in the ckgr, and it was 4-lo 1st and second gear (3.0 TDI D4). Stopped every 30 min to let stuff cool...
