    It boils down too if you going to do trails the Jimny all the way but for comuting Duster wins hands down.

    I owned a Jimny, yes not the new one but the duster is 100% better on a gravel roads...

    Jimny 195/80/15 that is a bit thin for potholes for my liking

    Does not matter what tyre you have, you have to watch out, I mean there is some potholes I won't hit with my 35's ;D

    Uphills box stays in 6th gear as does not lose speed.

    I like the Jimnys but for a weekly comute the Duster has way more power and comfort and uses a lot less fuel.

    Yes I am sure it is a huge upgrade from the 2.8.

    But the new ones comes with a separate Def (diesel exhaust fluid) tank and when it runs out the Jeep won't drive ;D

    I run 35x12.5 on a 9j rim, 4.88 gearing, front axle inner sleeves and c-gussets also have a AEV Procal to program for the bigger tyres and the gearing.

    Photo no. 2 looks like there is a coolant leak, I will check that out before buying.

    Could just be the thermostat housing but have it fixed before you buy.
