Re: NL dual battery kit in a Grand Vitara

    Thanks again everyone.
I've started with the installation - not difficult but time consuming, especially threading the two cables to the back of the car.
I got my NL kit for R2100. The DC to DC...

Brilliant, thanks Fearless and Johan. Perhaps what the article was saying is you can't simply attach the two batteries in parallel and expect them both to charge - you have to have the intelligent...

NL dual battery kit in a Grand Vitara

    Hi All
I want to fit a National Luna dual battery kit to my 2018 Grand Vitara Dune. The NL instruction pamphlet has one stipulation that the vehicle must put out at least 13.7 v from the alternator...
  4. Re: 2010 V6 Suzuki Grand Vitara with lift-carsick feeling

I agree with Dave. I've got the 2.4 Dune with 17" wheels. The car is standard except for a 40mm lift which I had fitted about a year ago. I found absolutely no difference before and after the...

Thanks Clinton. It certainly looks more like a Wood Sandpiper than anything else. The deep yellow (almost gold) legs of the bird on the left, together with the back feathers left me a bit in doubt.

Excuse my ignorance, but doesn't the Everest have solid axles? I don't understand how spacers, springs, etc. can influence ground clearance or are we talking about body lift?

My guess is the first pic is of a female Golden Weaver. The heavy bill makes it one of only three potentials but the leg colour is diagnostic in my opinion.

    Sticky: Re: Bird Identification

I'd go with RobH's call. It looks like there's a bit of yellowing at the base of the bill and I'd think the yellow eye would be more visible if it was a juv. BC Snake eagle. Also that fanned tail is...
