Re: Fridges that shut down automatically

    Yip

    They are marketed as 220v/24V/12V

Some are 220V/12V and not 24V
  10. Re: Converting Echo3 un-braked to braked axle etc.

Yip, the trailer axle PCD and my Patrol wheels PCD are luckily the same.
Unfortunately mud guards on trailer will catch 265/75/R16 tyres if leaf spring compress a lot - need slight modification

  16. Re: Converting Echo3 un-braked to braked axle etc.

OK after 11 years of abuse my Echo 3 leaf springs and hubs are shod.

  17. Converting Echo3 un-braked to braked axle etc.

    Hi

I am considering removing the existing axle and coupler.
Replace the lot with 1600kg rated braked axle and related components.

Any pointers and/or supplier suggestions ?

    Re: The truth about snowmaster

Please indicate where exactly did you take the measurement - there could be significant voltage drop from the point where you are measuring to the inside of the fridge electrickery.

    Re: Cheap solar panels

I recommend get 2 x 80W panels from 4x4Direct as they are the shorter versions
    ( SD Pro 80W 905mm long, some brands 80W way over a 1000mm long)

    Then hinge them
