    Re: Photos of your Mahindra

What was the cost for all of this?
  2. Re: XUV500 Interactive Torque Management Warning Light

No this is the original key. But actually what the OP was asking was about the actual key that must be coded not the remote. There is a chip in the ignition key itself.
  3. Re: XUV500 Interactive Torque Management Warning Light

It doesn't unfortunately and none of the pros could do it either! Believe me I tried!
  4. Re: XUV500 Interactive Torque Management Warning Light

As far as I remember it was about R5k with a new key and the coding. Know nothing about the ITM warning unfortunately. The XUV500 we have is not the AWD model. You can take it to an auto electrician...
  5. Re: XUV500 Interactive Torque Management Warning Light

Don't know what you mean by standard but on the left is the XUV500 and on the right is the Scorpio. I went to about 10 different places and no one could do it.
  6. Re: XUV500 Interactive Torque Management Warning Light

Only through the dealers! I tried every trick to have one done for the Scorpio and only the dealers can do it. So at the moment I have only a blank which can unlock the doors as a spare but cannot...

Also interested in the Compass. Does anyone have photos of the washing up setup and the shower cubicle setup. Cannot find any photos of these on the website and get no response from Compass asking...

Collecting Xcape from Kempton Caravans tomorrow after a service then off to Malonjeni for the weekend.
  12. Re: Gardena Roll Flat Hose 15 m in a Cassette

No pressure needed it is a flat hose not the expandable one.
  13. Re: Gardena Roll Flat Hose 15 m in a Cassette

Bought from Camp and Climb Centurion a few weeks ago. Works well.

    Re: Photos of your Mahindra

Yes and with the Serengeti stitching on the seats and decals on the outside etc. It seems that Mahindra Umlhanga is the only dealership that does this livery.

    Re: Rietvlei Dam campsite

Yes we have been a few months ago. No need to book. There is water but no power. If you are a camper no extra cost to go into the reserve although the gate from the campsite directly into the reserve...

    Re: Camping recomendation near Centurion

Security is fine. Camped there a number of times over the last two years with no problems. They have regular patrols by the contracted security company and metro police.

    Re: Camping recomendation near Centurion

Rietvlei Dam. Camped there many times and all good. Only cold water in the ablutions so if you have your own shower setup with hot water that would be good. No power so need to be self sufficient.

    Re: Jurgens XCape

So looking at extending the bed to sleep the other way the same as Hennie posted in 2018. Seems the easiest solution or is there a better way?

  34. Re: SAni Pass - Passports or Passports and Covid etc

The rapid test is done at the SA border at R300 each. Cheaper and less hassle for just a day trip up and down.
