    Check if the contacts on both plugs are hooked properly over the silver-coloured plates in the plugs.
    If corroded, undo the connections and clean with a steel brush or replace.

    A fellow traveller in Bots over Sept Oct had the same issues with the CTek unit mounted in the engine bay. Seems that it really dislikes high ambient temps and then restricts charging.

    I tend to agree with Duncang. It seems exorbitant to connect 900-odd Ah batteries to a 1000W inverter with that small a load. Charging 9 connected batteries simulteneously is a problem on it's own....
