    My W115 Covid project did the same. One of the fuel lines from the tank to the priming pump perished and had to be replaced.

    If you keep to the service intervals and it is not abused it will last 400k km. My Diesel D-4D Corolla was sold now on 330k km but it needed injectors and a clutch for the first time in its life. But...

    Legally you can only tow a maximum of 1,805 kg wat the single cab. In South Africa you are not allowed to tow a braked trailer with load heavier...
