    Fortuner Re: 2012 Fortuner d4d - 200,000km - now what?

    My Fortuner is 2008 3.0 D4d and has done 235 000km.
Of those km many have been off road, corrugations, low range, hot & dusty.

I have not done any mods except front bumper and Power Brake brake...

Re: Toyota Fortuner Fuse or Relay problem

My 2007 3.0 D4d has another fuse box in the engine compartment between the battery and the diesel filter.
Maybe you have one too and the problem could be there.

We have visited Botswana many times over the years (caravan/camping), mostly not booking ahead anywhere.

  10. Re: Anyone who wants to share a helicopter flight in Maun?

    Thanks for the information.
I'll talk to the others and if they're interested I'll revert.
I'll also have to see if our dates work out, so let's see.
    It would be great.

All should be dry end of September?
We're planning to go straight up to the junction with the A3 close to Nata.
Just concerned with the 'deep sand bits' as we are towing a van.

    You're right.
On all our trips over the 12 years that we've had the Xcape, traversing some treacherous roads and tracks, we've not broken anything.

I use rubber floor mats and hang them down from brackets fixed into the existing mounting holes.
You can get oversized mud flaps from truck spares outlets.
