    And bog and sunroof vent.
I don't know about the stove and basin - ours is an older model.
The eye-level fridge in the new model is also Dometic, yes.

    Re: Flat water hose

I bought an expandable hose a while ago. I prefer it over the layflat but you need water pressure from a tap for it to expand properly. Gravity feed from e.g. a rooftop tank does not provide enough...

    Re: Drinking vessels

We use Atlasware as well. 500ml bottles for in the car, with a swop-out bag in the back seat.

It used to be an issue cooling down water and wasting space in the fridge.
    We recently got a National...
  5. Re: Do these battery charger gadgets actually work?

I don't know if it should or should not - my knowledge of electrickery is not good enough.

  8. Re: How do you fill your van's water tank?

    Same here.

Also some sites don't have a tap close to the caravan, which raises a bit of a challenge getting the water via an intermediate container to the caravan when staying long.
    We initially...

I asked on my area's whatsapp group, and a solar guy was quick to respond. Maybe similar on your side will help? Whatsapp/telegram/facebook, whatever you have available.

Richard, likely you will have to ask closer to home. Gauteng and KZN rules may be quite different.
  15. Re: Camping coffee: share your preferred way

Paper filters absorb more oil from the beans, which metal filters don't, or so it's said. So supposedly you lose some flavour onto the paper. I haven't bothered to do a taste test though, and not...

Hoe wyd skyn dit? Sou mens dit bv. kon gebruik in KNP as jy langs 'n heining kamp, en dan bo-oor die heining wil verlig sonder om jouself of mede-kampers te verlig?

    Re: Weber Q gas braai

I love the Q2200. Great especially for steaks :-)

Sometimes I find it a bit hot though for slower cooks, even on its lowest setting. But a roasting rack and shield helps for that.
