    I'll be doing a reflux versus potstill back to back this weekend. I know the reflux will pull around 90% while the potstill will do around 50%. The difference will be flavour and aroma.

    And if your tappet covers are straight you don't need sealant. Although if those are the old cork gaskets, I'd stick them to the tappet covers with some sealant first.
