    Re: Polyurethane bushes

Made a set of polyurethane bushes for a GC 4.7. Upper control arms and panard rod.
    Lower control arms are fine.

Will test drive and decide if we need the rear as well.

    Re: KZTE oil usage

I can give you some Uniglide. No guarantees, but it is a lot cheaper than an engine rebuild.

Unlike Wynns charge, it won't thicken the oil.

  19. Re: Is the ECU clever enough to limit EGT with auto

The easiest way to "monitor" the EGT is to cut the boost sensor. On a car like mine, the boost to the fuel pump. ECU says no boost, cuts the fuel, EGT drops.

Petri, I totally hear where you are coming from. But LC especially the 70 series, was never intended as a luxury or recreational vehicle. It is a work horse. And that is where they properly shine.

I change oil and filter every 15kkm.
I also have a UDF filter in the diesel line.
