    PM sent, you absolutely need the multimeter continuity test as the damage is internal, you wont see it as the cable insulation is still good, so it just looks like normal cable, its the conductor...

    So there is no easy way unless another jeep owner with the same vehicle can compare and give us feedback, I am not one so I can only suggest by comparing to my LR product.

    Maths is a little out, your drop is around 2.3%, not 30%, if it was 30% you would be around the 9V range..

    Do you have a Netstar device, the old ones are notorious for drawing the battery down...

    Thats interesting, not really sure how it works, I do know that when they did change all the rolly bits underneath whilst in motorplan, on each and every item they needed a go-ahead from JLR...
