    I can't help with towing, but my 2.0 bitdi just gave me 9l/100km down to the berg and back this weekend. About 800km round trip so I was able to do this on 1 tank.

    Is the N8 a viable alternative to the N14 when driving from Gauteng to Upington? Google Maps seems to indicate about 90km longer, but only about 20 minutes more driving time. I'm not sure of...

    I was in St lucia this past weekend. Spend 3 days on the beach at Cape Vidal. Plenty of boats being launched every day and quite a lot of campers. I was quite surprised at how full it was.

    I really don't think Eloise would have caused a natural breach. The water level in the estury was already extremely high in December and a breach was nowhere close.
