    Nope, even if it is a low km vehicle.
    You can buy a high miler and replace the engine for that money.

    For that money, look for a Gen4.

    Theoretically an internal combustion engine has to use some oil.

    The bores are lubricated with every strike, even though it is a small amount.
    This is burned away.
