    Designed by an architect friend -I helped build it a few years ago.

    It did cost somewhere 400-500k I think, all in -including septic tank, all fittings, etc.

    This is Phase 1 of a larger house...

    Sadly Mostert's Mill has burnt down -built 1796
    -residential areas nearby being evacuated now, several houses burnt
