    For me it is just too crazy to go race it. The risk is too big. also traveling 2,000km there and back doesnt make economically sense anymore.

    You will have to adjust your steering stops, so turning circle a bit worse. on boost even worse with positive offset rims.

    The rears will rub the coil towers with boost rims under extreme...

    Agree, but then when the new defender is not best in class in aero, should it be considered when you spent 1bar and cd becomes a discussion?

    I think its important to mention that one should be aware of your surroundings, tent or chalet. Not to be falling around after the braai into the tent etc.

    Theres a thread on def2 that one guy replaced everything, gwyn lewis, ashcroft etc it ended up being his gearbox.

    I think this is actually that LR got right when building their vehicles. Your vehicle's suspension is at its optimal, rather maybe look at fresh stock standard coils from LR if you think yours are...

    I've pulled the relay on mine. Stopping the wipers in place is now a manual job.

    Replacing the wiper park switch can be done without pulling the whole dash apart. I still need to do mine.

    Maybe why they are calling the Disco5(as we call it) the all new discovery...no more stepped roof.

    Havent had an issue with them. Unless you are running neg-zero offset, you wont get away without spacers. Tyres will catch on coil towers.

    I'm running 285/75 with no lift, however with wheel spacers on boost rims. I do get a bit of rub against the aux fuel tank on extreme articulation, will sort that out with 25mm extended bump stop.

    Attach a bow shackle to the recovery point. That recovery point will chafe through your soft shackle.
