    It seems the best bet is Liquimoly 5W30.

    Bulli uses this in the 3.6 Pentastar.

    Comparing a WK CRD to LR V6 diesel from a reliability POV is plain stupid.

    And the OP mentioned that his main consideration is engine reliability, the Merc OM642 is renowned for reliability.

    Having the Stofpad rock sliders re-coated.

    Taking them off is a 2-3 hour job.

    And they are big slabs of iron, Uys does not play around...
