    Zebras from April/May, its still wet in the Pans. They start tracing their ways back to Boteti when the water starts drying in the pans.

    Diesel Supply in Rakops is fine now, consistent supply. Just fill up water at Thuuthebe FOR being safe, but there is water at Matswere entrance too.

    From June 2019, they corrected the omission, as stated in their act, that Tree Island is in a TRAIL. So its P200 per person camping.

    Since you mentioned, NO campsite confirmed yet, I think its wise to check availability of campsites first, especially in Savuti. May is the start of the peak season and very busy.

    Rakops River lodge and Khumaga(Boteti River lodge) are only 70 kms apart. Both are fine, but Boteti River a bit pricy, I guess its P200.00 camping per night. Rakops River lodge camping is P130.00.

    The areas you mentioned are booked well in advance, especially Savuti and Moremi. Have you made your reservations already, before we advise on road conditions.
