    Ja look I had 2005 C200K and it was really pristine with only 120K on the clock. And that M271 engine with the super charger was NO slouch. In fact it felt a bit more oompf at takeoff than the C270...

    Can you not have them skimmed on-car? How much meat is still on them?

    Mine was aslo rather gouched and I had them skimmed when I fitted the new pads.

    Yes it does look like it can be removed but it seems like a LOT of work. Its made of fiber-glass I suspect because it sounds like plastic when I knock on it.

    Managed to get the fronts done also bit by bit after work.

    Been busy today to repaint the rims.

    They were like dark grey when I bought it - dont like it.

    Only done the rear two so far - nice and white again.

    Will have to do the front ones later as...
