Re: Taking over payments on financing?

Anyone can insure and pay for anyone's vehicle, as long as there is only 1 insurance policy on that particular vehicle.

Bit of wild statement, not true, unless you can prove a financial interest...

    Re: Cheap solar panels

These 100w panels are for camping etc? Iirc 330w panels are say R2k, thus 100w panels should be roundabout one third of price performance wise, plus obvious material cost to build, thus that price...

    Re: Discover your Discovery

Wheel nuts for standard D4 are from UK and size is 7/8 inch, not a 21 or 22mm.

I always keep a 7/8 " socket in my car and insist on tyre centres using it. Some tyre places are aware of problem and...

Re: New Everest with 20" wheels

think the brake size is a moot point, the spare on the Everest is 17" so that means a 17" rim must fit.

Has any Everest owner used this smaller spare wheel? Does it fit?

    Re: Differential wear

I agree, diffs do not wear easily, unless no oil. More than likely symptoms show a less expensive repair, such as uni joints etc
  29. Re: Best, most cost effective deep cycle batteries.

dod is interesting. Lith ion i am buying has 80% dod, thus only 20% can be used. Deep cycle allows 40% dod, thus 60% can be used.

However, like me and Arnold Shwarzenegger, when we pick up...
