    Before any tech intervention, first check if you have any resistance/ voltage drop on the connection between the 2 batteries. Do this when there is significant charge or discharge current present....

    With the set I did all the testing on the particular BMS only does top balancing and only start balancing once some cells go above 3.5V. I found that when you cycle the set a few times between 30-80%...
