    Kobus some of those are only empty canisters.

    Rather get one from TerrainTamer , Road Rage from WR Offroad or the Provent 200.

    Worth spending money on a proper can.

    61 x 85.4 x 8mm.

    To be honest I did not go into great lengths to find an equivalent I just bought OEM seals from Toyota. Will one day put some effort into this.

    I am busy with a list for all Cruiser spares. Have the bearing serial numbers you can get them at Bearing man it is only the seals that I cannot find to date.

    That is part of my problem. I needed to import lots of things on the Ranger. I would hate it to be stranded somewhere far from home waiting two weeks and more for spares to arrive.>:D

    Only problem with Patrols they are getting long in the tooth now. Soon that is in the next 10 years spares will become a problem.
    I have owned several G60 Patrols and 10 years after production it...

    I once told the story about two farmer brothers. The one bought a 4.2 diesel Cruiser the other an Isuzu bakkie. The brother with the Isuzu were on his 4th Isuzu while the 4.2 Cruiser soldiered on.

    I average about 7.6km/l on the 76 v8. The V6 do around 6.5 in the same conditions. Hammer the v6 and you will see 4.5 to 5.0km/l

    Both my Cruisers are cheaper to service than the VW bus Swambo had. I think the wheel bearing thing on the Cruiser is prevention by Toyota for water contamination.

    The Wheel bearings are the same...

    Techstream is almost the same as the Toyota OEM diagnostics and you can very accurately determine injector status. Toyota Technician let my standby while upgrading the map on the 76.

    If you buy a Patrol it need to be a 4.8 or TD4.2.

    Think the only options is 80/100 Series Cruiser or Patrol but not the 3.0l td.

    I will never recommend high speed traveling on a dirt road if you are not experienced in dirt road driving. Also depend how bad the road is and how well you know it. I have seen too many vehicles...

    That is the old 2016 6.2l F150 Raptor. The new 3.5 Ecoboost F150 Raptor does 6.0 sec 0 to 100.

    Maybe they should redo the test when the new 2.7 Ecoboost Ranger becomes available.

    It is an all cast iron engine they took awhile to warm up so no 1 is normal.

    No 2 sounds as wiring problem. Jelo might be right. I have also found that engines with bad earth straps tend to earth...
