Re: Amarok Mechanic - Any suggestions

I take it your Amarok is diesel. My guess would be dual mass flywheel. It can cause one hell of a vibration. A faulty injector can also do that, but usually at higher engine speeds.
  2. Re: My FJ 60 (2F) - Servicing, Mods, Tuning, and Repairs

By julle sal 10 grade geen skade maak nie. Timing veroorsaak in elke geval nie valves brand nie, dit kom van te lean mengsel of te styf gestelde valves.

I knew when I posted that I was opening a can of worms! Of course there is no action without a counter action in this case. I just reacted to JohnnoK's statement and your question. That's why I also...

Re: So who is going camping this weekend?

Christoff if I can make a suggestion, coming from Cape Town, take the N7 to Citrusdal and go that way to Baliesgat. Very nice scenery and then you don't have to do the Ceres-Baliesgat road 3 times!...

Re: Advice with first Land Cruiser

I'd go for the 1998 model since it is the 105 series. So you gain a newer rendition and front and rear diff locks. Fuel can be low level or fuel pump. neither a train smash.

Re: Cruiser 76/79 V8 owners take note
