One can make a piece that goes in by the tow bar, then runs parallel with the spare wheel and once cleared let it go up. Better departure angle but more work than the extension Rebel suggested

Re: Maintenance Plan - Yay or Nay?

    Honestly, no.

Things not covered under service plan are brake disks and pads, wiper blades and battery.
Disks will last a lot longer than 60 000km
Brake pads maybe once in 60 000km if you drive...

My disco 2 has those grab handles both sides of the head restraints. Did some of them come without it?

Bottom plastic part is also different.

Re: Most driven bakkie in SA isn't a Hilux

My 2019 NP300 has 66000km on and I know Hedgehog's 2019 Ranger also has more than 55000km on which is more than the Fiats.

Some say the auction houses will be flooded with repos from next year.

We were there 3 months ago. Rocky trail with obstacles from 2 to 5. You get a map so you can plan which routes to take. Great fun and a well maintained place.

  27. Re: GV 2.4 Summit Auto - Maintenance Recommendations

A few years ago when my GV's idler pulleys killed the serpentine belt I found some at Goldwagen.
Steel ones which will probably last longer than the plastic ones it comes with.
  28. Re: When did 18 inch wheels become the norm on bakkies?
