    Re: Cheers Trailblazer, Hello MUX

My cousin also chucked his Grabbers midway through their lifespan on his Amarok due to road noise (and flats spots issues - but that was his own fault for not doing alignment, rotation & balancing)....

Re: Your Idea of a Beginner Overland Vehicle

    What is overlanding to you?

For 95% of "overland" trips, any 4x4 double cab with a canopy, duel battery, fridge and a roof top tent will be more than sufficient. Or if you don't want a bakkie,...

Re: SHOULD I BUY A 2010 Suzuki Jimny??

In 2012 I had the exact same scenario. I went and did a test drive and I did not like the Jimny. Wait, let me rephrase, it was perfect in every aspect but one - cruising at 120. And our holidays are...

Re: Adequacy of Vehicle for Botswana Parks

    Hi Steric,

It would help a lot if we know the following:

    Re: Value for money

In 2017 during our Bots trip we saw two cars damaged as a result of towing heavy caravans:

    1. A Jeep Grand Cherokee had its chassis bent trying to drag a Mobilodge to Xakanaka.
    2. A Land Cruiser...

    Re: Kb250 vs kb300

I recently purchased a second hand 2018 KB250 Hi-Rider DC 4x4 (100kw). We did a 5000km trip through the Karoo in December and not once did it feel short on power (for my needs).

    I have not done...

Yes, anytime. If it's safe and travel is open again, then go. The Jimny will be fine.
