    Emmie, too be honest , I dont have much experience with dry yeast, however I imagine if one increases the dough temp slightly and develop the gluten properly they should have a successful bake.

    I would leave out the sugar and increase the salt to 20gr ( White bread recipe)

    You need to develop the gluten in the dough, more stretching and folding should stiffen up the dough, you can dip your hands in water initially to avoid the dough sticking to your hands

    I have owned both, the 1HZ is a basic , robust motor ideal for off road but I found it irritating in town as a daily driver.
