Lowest trim in UAE with the Legendary 4.0 1GR-FE engine, should consume the same as the 4.0 Prado and V6 turbo petrol. Has everything you need for Overlanding with 3 differentials.

Very surprising, though the world is phasing out diesel, this is a bit of an anomaly, I guess it will be the more fun car.

if this UAE GXR mid spec is what we get in Africa, thatís good value

  19. Re: BFG k2 vs Cooper ST Maxx vs Maxxi Razr at811

vs BFG all is here, I hear the Maxxis Razr are now expensive than BFG, trade off of harder compound na s ride, poor in the wet and mud are the real downers of BFG.

Re: New Maxxis Razr AT 811 tyres - promising owner experience

they are pretty expensive, still 30% less than KO2s when I bought them, if I get 60k kms, I will be happy for they have a softer compound and you can tell in the ride quality.

very true, which is surprising the 3.5 turbo is not that efficient with the 10 speed. The 4.0 is Using the trusty 6 speed unit.

    UAE brochure

Finally some specs to drool about. the 4.0 has both front and rear lockers standard, the 3.5 doesn't. Claimed consumption for the two engines seems the same at 9.4kml and 9.3kml ???

i have that engine, pretty bullet proof, but with the size and weight in the LC300 it will be pretty lethargic with its 6 speed AT to boot.
