    Re: Land Cruiser 300 - 3.3L V6 diesel

Finally, the New Defender has something to compete against.

If someone gets one, please can we get together to do a nice amateur comparison video. (Totally stock though)

Will be blasting them soon. Especially as it looks like i might not be able to do the pre breakfast.

I think the silence might be related to...

    Re: Namibia Trip

Great thank you. Was this in your own vehicle? I'm simply salivating at driving up a big sand dune and seeing how the vehicle performs.
But I'd like to do it with a guide who knows where one can go...

    Re: Namibia Trip

Thanks for the offer of info. We plan to do a 3 week trip soon in 2 vehicles, but not camping.

Do you know of anywhere we could do some dune driving in one's own vehicle, but with a guide that...

    Re: Nuwe Defender

I've had mine now since July last year.

I've done the Lebombo trail with it, a trip through the Wild Coast, and a couple of 4x4 tracks around Gauteng.
A friend of mine has joined me with his...

  10. Re: May 2021 Traction Challenge V.2 Brekkie Run with a Twist.

Thanks everyone for a lekka outing.
    It was super enjoyable!

IMHO Steven in the SJ was the clear winner by virtue of having the biggest smile while doing all the obstacles!

    Unfortunately, my...

    Re: Cheapish electric cars

I'd be interested in looking into the viability of getting a little electric school runner. Especially if it's possible to install a wireless docking station in the garage....

Re: March Difflock vs Traction Control brekkie Run

While the new Defender has traction control, it's main use is actually only on the front wheels. (When the going gets tough)

This is due to the fact that it has difflocks rear and centre. So where...

Re: The 2021 Official 4x4 Community River Trip!!!
